The heart of the journey
Vrindavan is cherished in the Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition as a sacred place intimately connected with Sri Krishna.
This yatra website is intended to help devotees prepare thoughtfully: follow the confirmed programme, hear announcements from the organizers, respect local customs, and support one another in devotional service.
“Vṛndāvana is within the jurisdiction of Mathurā, and it still continues to exist.”

Travel thoughtfully
Please read the final instructions shared by the organizers. The information below is a planning checklist, not a substitute for approved policies.
Do not rely on unconfirmed meal, room, transport, medical or refund promises. The organizing team must publish final arrangements before registration opens.
Follow the organizers' stated devotional expectations and Srila Prabhupada's teachings. Any yatra-specific requirements, exceptions or support arrangements must be communicated by the organizers before sign-up.
Dress modestly at sacred places, follow local temple rules, ask before photographing people, avoid littering, and remain considerate of other pilgrims and residents. Confirm any specific dress instructions with the yatra team.
Meal inclusions, timing, drinking-water arrangements, and dietary accommodation are to be confirmed. Do not assume a meal is included in the fee unless stated in the approved itinerary.
Property name, location, occupancy, room allocation, check-in/out times, accessibility and extra charges are to be confirmed. Avoid sharing rooming lists publicly.
Departure point, vehicle details, baggage rules, reporting time, return time and on-ground contact will be published after approval. Check the live notice board before travelling.
Emergency-response arrangements, first-aid availability and mobility support have not been confirmed. Share only the minimum assistance information needed to plan safe participation; do not submit diagnoses or identity documents unless specifically necessary and explained.
Consider comfortable walking footwear where permitted, modest clothing, required medicines, reusable water bottle, sun/rain protection, personal essentials and a copy of your registration reference. Follow the final organizer checklist.
Policy not yet published. Organizers must approve cancellation deadlines, refund calculations, processing timelines, no-show rules, changes to the itinerary and force-majeure handling before accepting payments.
Can I register family members? The proposed form supports one primary registrant and up to five additional family members per submission. This limit can be changed in the form design.
